About

I'm a hands-on AI systems and automation builder, connecting business needs with practical technical execution.

Behind that: 12+ years in IT systems across telecom, digital health, e-commerce, and gaming. Eight of them at Rakuten Viber — a world leader in Voice-over-IP that grew past a billion registered users — where I directed four Quality Assurance teams across mobile, desktop, web, and backend.

That scale shaped how I build: quality, reliability, and trust first — building what people need, not what they want. Today that means Human-AI workflows, agentic systems, and automation that ships.
